Gamezy Rules

1. Game Objective: The goal of the Gamezy Rummy app is to form valid sets and sequences with the cards in hand.
2. Card Dealing: Each player is dealt a specific number of cards at the beginning of the game.
3. Wild Card: The Joker card is used as a wild card, and it can be used to substitute any other card to form sets or sequences.
4. Valid Sets and Sequences: To win, players must have at least two sequences, with at least one of them being a pure sequence (no wild card). Other sets can be formed using wild cards or regular cards.
5. Pure Sequence: A sequence without a Joker card is called a pure sequence.
6. Impure Sequence: A sequence with a Joker card is called an impure sequence.
7. Discard and Draw: Players take turns picking one card from the closed or open deck and then discard one card to the open deck.
8. Joker Usage: Players can use the Joker card to complete a set or sequence during their turn.
9. First Turn: The player who gets the first turn is determined by the toss or a random selection process.
10. Declare: When a player completes all the sets and sequences, they must declare their hand and lay down the cards. The declared hand is validated for correctness.
11. Points Calculation: Points are calculated based on the cards left in the players’ hands. Face cards (King, Queen, Jack) carry 10 points each.
12. Winning: The player who declares with valid sets and sequences and the lowest points wins the game.

If a player gets disconnected during a game, they will get a specific time to reconnect. If they fail to do so, the game may be considered a drop, and points may be awarded accordingly.
