Gamezy TDS Policy

Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) will be levied on all Net Winnings.
Net Winnings = Total Withdrawals – Total Deposits in a financial year.
TDS will be levied at the rate of 30% on Net Winnings at the time of Withdrawal and at the end of a Financial Year.
The TDS policy, limits and rates are subject to change as per the applicable laws.
Gamezy reserves the right to modify/amend the TDS policy as per applicable laws.
Gamezy’s obligation is limited to deducting TDS as required by applicable law and providing you with an appropriate certificate of tax deduction.
Gamezy reserves the right to verify your PAN from time to time and to cancel any prize should your PAN be found inconsistent in their KYC verification process.
Gamezy shall have no liability or responsibility in connection with your personal taxation matters.
Gamezy may verify your PAN from time to time to ensure that it is consistent with their records.
If your PAN is found to be inconsistent, Gamezy may cancel any prize that you have won.
Gamezy is not responsible for your personal taxation matters. You should consult with a tax advisor to ensure that you are complying with all applicable tax laws.
