Khelplay Rummy TDS Policy

TDS on Winnings: According to Section 194B of the Income Tax Act, 1961, any person responsible for paying any income by way of winnings from any card game or other game of any sort is required to deduct TDS at the rate of 30% if the amount exceeds ₹10,000. Khelplay Rummy may be responsible for deducting TDS on winnings if they meet the criteria mentioned in this section.

TDS Compliance: Khelplay Rummy must deduct TDS from the winnings of its users, provide them with TDS certificates, and deposit the deducted TDS to the government within the specified timelines.
