PlayerzPot Rummy TDS Policy

The withdrawal amount will be subject to 30% TDS, calculated on the user’s net winnings.
Net winnings is defined as the total withdrawal amount (made in the financial year including the current withdrawal transaction amount) minus the total deposit (made in the financial year) minus the opening balance as on 1st April 2023 (deposit+winning) minus the amount on which TDS has been deducted w.e.f., 1st April 2023.
For example, if a user’s net winnings in a financial year is Rs. 10,000 and they withdraw Rs. 5,000, then TDS of Rs. 1,500 will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
The TDS will be deducted by PlayerzPot and the user will be issued a TDS certificate. The user is responsible for paying any other applicable taxes, such as income tax, on their winnings.
The TDS is only applicable to winnings that are withdrawn. If a user does not withdraw their winnings, then no TDS will be deducted.
The TDS is calculated on the net winnings, which means that the amount of TDS deducted will decrease as the user withdraws more money.
The TDS is a legal requirement and PlayerzPot is required to deduct it from winnings.
