Rummy Baazi TDS Policy

• TDS Deduction: TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be deducted at the time of withdrawal.

• Tax on Winnings: TDS is applicable only on winnings, not deposits.

• 30% TDS on Net Winnings: If a player’s net winnings in a financial year exceed INR 10,000, a 30% TDS applies.
• Transaction Fee: A 10% transaction fee is deducted from withdrawn deposit balances.
• Commission TDS: 5% TDS applies to commission, which can be transferred to CardBaazi balance.

Implications for Players:

• If net winnings during withdrawal exceed INR 10,000, 30% TDS is deducted on the entire withdrawn amount in Rummy Baazi app.
• If net winnings are below INR 10,000, no TDS applies unless it pushes net winnings above INR 10,000.
• If TDS was deducted earlier but net winnings fall below INR 10,000, withdrawals can be made without TDS until reaching 10,000 INR in net winnings again.

TDS Policy for Commission Balance:

5% TDS applies when redeeming Real Cash Chips through CashBack or Loyalty Program, but can be transferred to CardBaazi balance without TDS if preferred.
