Rummy Best TDS Policy

The TDS policy of Rummy Best App is as follows:

• TDS is applicable on net winnings from online rummy games, exceeding ₹10,000, at the rate of 30%.
• Net winnings are calculated as Total Withdrawals – Total Deposits – Opening Balance.
• TDS is deducted at the time of withdrawal or at the end of the financial year, whichever is earlier.

Here is an example:

• Player A deposits ₹10,000 in Rummy Best App and wins ₹20,000.
• Player A’s net winnings are ₹20,000 – ₹10,000 = ₹10,000.
• TDS of ₹3,000 (30% of ₹10,000) is deducted from Player A’s winnings at the time of withdrawal.
• The remaining ₹17,000 is credited to Player A’s account.
