Download the RummyCulture apk from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Create an account and deposit money.
Select a game variant and the stakes you want to play.
You will be dealt 13 cards.
The goal of the game is to make melds, which are combinations of cards that have the same rank or sequence.
Melds can be either sets or sequences.
Sets are groups of three or more cards of the same rank.
Sequences are groups of three or more cards of the same suit in consecutive order.
Once a player has made all of their melds, they can declare their hand and win the game.
You can also choose to drop the game if you think you cannot win.
