Rummy Passion imposes a service charge called ‘Rake’ for real money games, contests, tournaments, marketing events, and loyalty points programs.
The ‘Rake’ is a gross percentage charged for game facilitation and includes the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
The service charge, along with GST, may change periodically and will be updated when changes are proposed.
The company has the authority to apply different service charge rates, inclusive of GST, for various games organized by the company.
