Rummy Star TDS Policy

A player will be required to pay a TDS of 30% on any wins over INR 10,000 in a fiscal year if they surpass that level. This is due to the fact that TDS applies to Rummy since it is seen as a game of skill.

A player may, however, be eligible for a refund of the TDS withheld if their annual income is less than the taxable level. By submitting their income tax forms and requesting a deduction for the TDS they paid on their wins from Rummy Star, they can do this. Players of Rummy Star may also have to pay income tax on their gains in addition to TDS.
